My journey in the digital world started during the early days of Google Business Profile (back when most businesses were still trying to understand how it even worked). While everyone was figuring things out, I began helping local business owners set up, manage, and optimise their profiles. What started as a small interest slowly turned into a real passion for supporting businesses online.
Over the years, I became deeply involved in the Google Help Communities, where people from all over the world came with their questions, problems, and confusions about Google Business Profile. I didn’t just participate—I contributed actively.
